Our technicians can straighten out virtually any bent rim up to 28" on any car or truck. We repair steel, chrome, and aluminum rims.

Quality Wheel Repair has a state-of-the-art rim straightening machine to achieve the most accurate repair possible. Each rim is examined with a extremely sensitive dial indicator, which carefully finds the exact location of the bend at the point where it is most severe. The machine then works to bring back the rim to the original specifications of the manufacture. 

Cosmetic Repairs

We can also do complete color changes on all 4 wheel.

Quality Wheel Repair now offers Protection Packages that cover all cosmetic repairs over a certain amount of time. Choose from 1-5 year packages. All four wheels are covered for unlimited repairs during these programs

Quality Wheel Repair is one of the only shops in the state of virginia with a state-of-the-art CNC wheel lathe. This device is completely computerized and cuts a fine layer of aluminum from the entire face of the rim with exacting precision, producing a perfect finish equal to or better than original factory finishes. Machine finished rims are increasingly being used on almost all new vehicles these days.  OEM machined faced wheel has a bright finish much like polished aluminum. However, after inspection up close, OEM machine finished rims are actually cut with a diamond cutting tip.  This is the ONLY way to properly repair machine finished aluminum rims. Some wheel repair shops offer a cheap cover-up or blending technique when it comes to machined wheels. We do not!

Whenever you are losing air due to a small crack in your rim...we can fix that!

Our technicians are trained to weld cracks in rims and only use T.I.G (Tungsten Inert Gas) welders to do so. Call us to see if your wheel can fixed! 

Powder coating is the alternative to automotive liquid paints.  These days a lot of new vehicles have powder coated rims or spokes, but not just wheels we can powder coat anything metal!

 The powder comes in over 1,000+ different colors and is extremely durable and long-lasting.

The powder material is a very fine type of poly-plastics that is applied with an electrostatic gun and baked & cured in oven at high temperatures to form a highly durable skin over the item. The process creates an incredibly smooth & beautiful QUALITY finish that will last for many years.

We can powder coat almost anything metal...much more than wheels!
